Meet Anna
Hey! Nice of you to drop by! I’m Anna, a twenty-something health coach. I have a tremendous passion for holistic well-being and the overall importance of taking care of your body. This blog gives me the opportunity to educate as many people around the globe as I can with healthy pieces of information. Maybe you’ve made your way here because you are into the whole “natural” mindset but it is too overwhelming on your own. No worries, I am here to help! Or, maybe you’re interested in getting healthy but aren’t quite sure how. I can give you direction on what’s what! Maybe you know all the right things to do but just need a little oomph of encouragement. I totally get that. Hopefully I’ve already sparked some interest with you.
So, what is the secret ingredient to sustaining wholesome health?
Habits. All of the choices we make on a daily basis are going to either promote our health or neglect our health.
I’ve always valued my health and “feeling good” from a young age, even when I didn’t realize it. It must have started with my mom paying me $1.00 to eat her salads from the garden. Mom, if you’re reading this, thank you! Whatever you’ve gotta do to get your veggies in, right?! I am now a Certified Health Coach and love watching clients live healthier lives, one day at a time.
I was born and raised in the Midwest and Minnesota is where I call home with my husband, Max. We love anything and everything outdoors – especially when it involves traveling! We recently thru-hiked the Superior Hiking Trail {280 miles in 19 days} on the North Shore of Minnesota. Some may call us crazy, but we wanted more!
I also believe that God is the creator of all things and to Him we give all the glory and recognition! Everything I do is in His name. He is, after all, the Master Healer.
